Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from rrvdeals.com. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Digital downloads or software

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at aaravfoundation84@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address (if applicable).

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost. Email us with photos and a brief description within 15 days of receiving the order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
